Since the early 2000’s, the entire staff at Nelson Pine Industries Limited (NPIL) has forgone a Christmas ham in order to make a donation to Nelson Tasman Hospice. Nelson Pine Industries Limited continues to demonstrate its commitment to our community by supporting specialist palliative care in the region with a 5-year major sponsorship.

Nelson Dancing for a Cause Charitable Trust

Dancing for a Cause Trust is a charitable trust board with its trustees volunteering their time and working tirelessly with many other individuals and organisations in the Nelson Tasman region. This spectacular show, held biannually in May, raises vital funds for Nelson Tasman Hospice, whilst giving the Nelson Tasman community the opportunity of getting involved in this fun and glamourous competition!

Summit Keir Wilkinson Memorial Golf Tournament

On a perfect spring day, the community gathered for a remarkable event that not only celebrated the spirit of camaraderie but also demonstrated unwavering support for a vital cause. The annual Keir Wilkinson Memorial Golf Tournament 2023 held at a full field of 37 teams comprising 148 players, painted a vivid picture of unity and generosity as it raised much-needed funds for the Nelson Tasman Hospice. This year’s edition was nothing short of extraordinary, with over 30 different sponsors joining forces to make it possible, alongside the resounding success of a charity auction.
