This workshop offers helpful information for Family/Whānau about death and dying. Advance care planning and community resources will be discussed.

Many people find it difficult to talk about dying, yet dying is an important stage of life and is inevitable. We plan for the birth of a child, yet when it comes to the end of life, we don’t often want to think about it or talk about it.

Having a plan outlines our care preferences for the future. Having an Advance Care Plan (ACP) that aligns with our beliefs and values, is a gift that we can give to our family / whānau.
