Free Advance Care Planning (ACP) Workshop

September 10 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

This is a FREE ACP WORKSHOP Talking about future healthcare choices for the General Public to attend. Please share with your friends/whānau.

What is Advance Care Planning (ACP)?

Advance Care Planning is about thinking ahead, talking with your whānau and healthcare team, and making decisions about the care you want if you are unable to speak for yourself.

This workshop is for anyone (the general public) wanting “hands on” help with their ACP to either start or finish. Learn more about what advanced care planning is, work through a tailored guide, and capture what matters most to you should you become unwell and unable to speak for yourself.

NOTE: This 1.5 hour workshop assumes you already know something about Advance Care Planning.
