This forum is for the general public to attend.
Many people find it difficult to talk about dying. Like birth, it is a stage that benefits from planning and discussion.
Having a plan outlines our care preferences for the future. Having an Advance Care Plan (ACP) that aligns with our beliefs and values, is a gift that we can give to our family / whānau.
Come along to our workshop and find out more about how an ACP can benefit you and your family/whānau.
We will explore:
– Advance care planning processes including:
– What matters to me
– What worries me
– If I’m unable to make decisions, I’d prefer them to be made like this.
