Trees of Remembrance

16 November 2023 @ 8:00 am - 24 December 2023 @ 5:00 pm

As the holiday season approaches, the Nelson Tasman region once again welcomes the heartfelt return of Trees of Remembrance. These trees symbolise more than just festive decorations; they offer an opportunity to support Nelson Tasman Hospice and remember those who can’t be with us during Christmas.

Trees of Remembrance will be proudly on display at Farmers stores in Nelson and Richmond. Although this is part of a national hospice fundraising campaign for Farmers, all funds raised locally, stay locally.

In 2023 for the very first time, Trees of Remembrance will also be lighting up Nelson Airport. The trees at the airport are sponsored and decorated by local businesses who have actively chosen to support Nelson Tasman Hospice this Christmas.

Trees will be in the following locations:

16th November – 24th December at:
– Nelson Farmers
– Richmond Farmers

1st December – 11th January at:
– Nelson Airport

1st – 8th December at:
– Nelson New World
– Richmond Mall
– Stoke Countdown

2nd December at:
– Nelson Market

11 – 14th December at:
– Motueka House of Travel

8th December at:
– Westpac Motueka
