DESCRIPTION:Please note: This workshop is designed for the public and is not for health professionals. \nThis workshop offers helpful information for Family/Whānau about death and dying. Advance care planning and community resources will be discussed. \nMany people find it difficult to talk about dying\, yet dying is an important stage of life and is inevitable. We plan for the birth of a child\, yet when it comes to the end of life\, we don’t often want to think about it or talk about it. \nHaving a plan outlines our care preferences for the future.
