DESCRIPTION:Please note\, this is a FREE workshop available to the public and is not designed for health professionals to attend. \nMany people find it difficult to talk about dying\, yet dying is an important stage of life and is inevitable. \nWe plan for the birth of a child\, yet when it comes to the end of life\, we don’t often want to think\, or talk about it. \nCome along to our workshop and find out more about dying matters\, how an Advance Care Planning (ACP)can benefit you and your family/whānau and what to expect at the end of life. \nHaving a plan outlines our care preferences for the future.
