SUMMARY:Fundamentals of Palliative Care Online Modules & Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This is a free blended (online and face to face) programme consisting of a series of four learning modules and a one-day workshop designed for healthcare workers both registered and non-registered\, who are caring for people with palliative care needs. The programme provides the learner with a broad overview of how to provide palliative care for people with cancer\, chronic illness\, dementia and frailty. \nTo enrol for the Fundamentals of Palliative Care programme online modules visit Knowledge Hub at: https://knowledgehub.hospice.org.nz/ \nConfirmation of your registration for the online programme will be approved during office hours only Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630 hrs. and not on statutory holidays. \nTo complete the programme\, you need to attend a one-day workshop “Fundamentals of Palliative Care “Please Note: You must complete the first two online modules before registering for the workshop. Bookings are required for workshop attendance.
