DESCRIPTION:Many people find it difficult to talk about dying\, yet dying is an important stage of life and is inevitable.\nWe plan for the birth of a child\, yet when it comes to the end of life\, we don’t often want to think about it\, or talk about it.\nHaving a plan outlines our care preferences for the future.
